Tasked with creating an innovative and energetic space, the design translates I&M Bank’s dynamic brand essence into a physical environment that feels engaging, welcoming, and distinctly modern.

The Brand Ribbon as a Spatial Narrative
Blending contemporary design with authentic African references, the interior creates a culturally rich environment that reflects TDB’s values, mission, and vision for the continent.
This is more than a functional workplace—it is a spatial statement of purpose, pride, and continental unity.
Brand Alignment
The Ribbon of Connectivity & Prosperity
The standout feature—affectionately dubbed the “Ribbon of Connectivity & Prosperity”—is the flowing aqua-blue mesh ceiling installation that moves through the banking hall.
Designed to fold, shift, and respond to spatial needs, the ribbon wraps around key areas of the branch, visually linking functions while creating a sense of movement and continuity.
It transforms the ceiling into an expressive architectural feature—both functional and symbolic—representing growth, connection, and opportunity.
